The Role at a Glance:

We are looking for a Manager in training to join our to join our team.

As a MIT you will have the opportunity to work in the BOH and FOH working as a Chef Manager supporting professional dining. This role is Monday - Friday.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing the food service department including associates and production
  • Development of the menu, food safety, purchasing, food costs and other related administrative tasks
  • Ensures that all menus and catering materials are professionally prepared and presented.

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

  • The ideal candidate must possess strong interpersonal and customer skills.
  • Have the ability to handle multiple tasks using time and task management skills.
  • Prior Kitchen Management and management skills

Nice-to-haves:

  • Prior food service experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software programs.
  • Associate degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
