This Senior Quality Engineer will partake in processes to ensure the quality of all aspects produced in the facility. They will report directly to the Director of Quality, coordinating regarding all industrial processes. The Senior Quality Assurance Engineer will have the following responsibilities: Ensure products comply with all industry and government standards Analyze all customer complaints and implements corrective action where needed Test all completed products to guarantee the quality is up to standard Work in conjunction with manufacturing and production team to resolve quality issues Report quality issues in processes or products directly to the manager Suggest and present solutions for quality issues and potential continuous improvement initiatives Conducting CAPA initiatives and Root Cause Analysis Analyze and present technical information management and other staff Ensure APQP and PPAP compliance Oversee quality of electronic based products to ensure compliance with customer specifications and industry regulations Experienced with DoD contract manufacturing The ideal candidate will have the following skillset: Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related field 5+ years of Quality Engineering experience in the electronics industry Six Sigma Green Belt preferred Certified Quality Assurance Engineer preferred Strong software and manufacturing based computer skills Ability to communicate effectively and positively with teammates Experience in missiles, or other defense product manufacturing Experience in a NADCAP environment
