Responsibilities Responsible for ensuring execution of Commercial contracts from supporting the process from inception to execution. Support bid response, redlining/drafting, negotiation, internal approvals, execution, amendments, and retirement Work with sales and takes the lead in drafting and seeking approval of new contract language when necessary Maintain a repository of contracts Understand discounts, rebates, and other contract levers and tool sets for contract strategy setting Interfaces with legal Coordinate contract negotiations Coordinate post deal activities

Requirements Bachelor of Science degree required 5+ years experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare environment in roles involving proposal development, bid response, contracting administration including writing contract adjudication

Additional Notes: Contract type: 6 month contract Hybrid position Pay rate range approved $60-82/hr depending on experience

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
