Job Description

Position Purpose This role is responsible for providing the Business with detailed supply chain finance activities and insight on key initiatives to drive efficiencies, increase profitability, reduce cost to serve, as well as broader financial support across USA. In addition this role is a trusted business advisor who works alongside the operations and logistics functions, supporting and advising on strategic and operational decision making to drive business performance. This position is also part of the finance leadership team of USA and trusted Finance Business partner of the Senior Director, Finance North America and VPs Operations and Senior Director of Supply Chain Logistics and Transport and Senior Director of Planning to support USA Supply Chain strategy.

Major/Key Accountabilities Finance leader and trusted advisor for the respective areas in logistics & operations across USA Provides strategic and operational decision-making guidance to the Supply Chain leadership team and the individual business units leaders. Provides business with analytics and insights to support strategic and operational decision making, and in doing so, influences improved business performance and capital allocation Provides deep functional analytical insight through modelling detailed inputs on budgets forecasts and the recent approved Transformation Projects for Supply Chain Supports the long-term planning cycle and strategy setting within the Supply Chain function to deliver robust strategic plans and initiatives Acts as the finance leader of the USA Supply Chain short term planning cycles, developing guidance to articulate the business requirements and expected growth targets relating to long term planning, budgeting and forecasting processes to deliver effective performance targets Drives together with the VPs Operations and Senior Director of Supply Chain Logistics and Transport and Senior Director of Planning the Transformation initiatives as part of the 4-Year financial plan. Proactively identifies and supports strategic business initiatives and actions to drive Supply Chain performance to achieve forecast/targets Provides Supply Chain specific business insights and commentary on the financial results and performance including interpreting, explaining with a view to driving improved performance Provides future looking ad-hoc analysis and scenarios to provide insights on specific business issues Responsible to share timely and accurate guidance to Supply Chain team to be compliant with Brambles Policies & Authority Matrix of Approvals, including training if needed. Support the Best Practices between different countries in the Region and in the Group.

Qualifications Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Finance/ Accounting or in a relevant finance technical discipline Minimum: Certified Accountant (e.g. ACA, CIMA, CPA, CA relevant to the market(s)) Preferred: Master's Degree (e.g. Finance, Business Administration, Accounting)

Experience 8+ years of Finance or Accounting Management experience preferably in complex multinational businesses within Senior Finance roles, including previous business partnering experience Previous experience managing directors or managers Proven experience in driving change management initiatives

Skills and Knowledge Refer the Technical and Behavioral Function Profile for detailed requirements, however key aspects include: Good understanding of FP&A, Commercial and Supply Chain Finance processes Good understanding of complex Finance, Accounting and Tax principles Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills Proven expertise in remote management and managing in a matrix experience Decision maker, driven by objectives, solutions and results Strategic and critical thinker, can anticipate & provide scenarios for different problems Consistent behavior even under strong pressure
