Functional Summary

Manages, develops, and implements marketing activities to maximize sales of an assigned product line. Analyzes product performance, competitiveness, and trends in the marketplace and develops strategies for assigned product based on research and analysis. Works with sales teams to identify and implement appropriate sales strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities
•Develops comprehensive marketing plans for sales and marketing teams
•Ensures project/department goals are met while adhering to approved budgets
•Conduct and analyze market research to capitalize on new product and market development opportunities
•Collect, consolidate, and communicate product feedback and product development needs to management
•Interact with sales and marketing teams to implement strategies and tactics to drive revenue and profit growth
•Track and monitor sales trend and provide product forecast
•Create, execute, and measure effectiveness of Go-To-Market Plans for strategic launches
•Identify customers who are willing to give testimonials, case studies and references and amplify their voice in the market
•Measure and refine product marketing programs to ensure alignment with corporate goals
•Develop relevant content to be used for all Go-To-Market channels and materials
•Design training programs to assist sales focus on each step of the selling process
•Provide marketing and solution information to regional marketing and sales teams to support internal and external marketing programs, sales operations, marketing events such as conferences, trade shows and webinars, and channel opportunities and activities
•Increase visibility on social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Google+ for the corporate channels
•Stay current with industry practice on marketing communications impacting communications tactics
•Acts as a Product Line brand champion and ensure that use of the brand is compliant
•Support organizational policies related to safety, environmental protection, housekeeping, etc. within area of responsibility

Education and/or Experience
•Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
•1-3 years' experience in all aspects of marketing development and strategies
•1-3 years' supervisory experience
