As an influential member of the marketing team, the marketing communications specialist will assist in planning and executing the company's external social media strategy in partnership with marketing team members and across Greenway departments. This communications professional will significantly contribute to the external facing communication of the company brand and positioning in the market. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Marketing Communication. Essential Duties & Responsibilities * Assist in planning, executing, and managing Greenway's social media marketing strategy. * Partner with internal stakeholders to share Greenway company news on social media channels. * Own and manage Greenway's social content and strategy while integrating of the company's marketing campaigns, corporate initiatives, and messaging. * Partner to drive Greenway's digital content strategy in alignment with the product marketing and demand generation teams * Coordinate with demand generation team and product marketing team to ensure consistent and effective customer communications and brand strategy * Obtain necessary consent and provide final approval on all marketing communications * Adhere to Greenway's global communications policy to ensure consistent messaging, transparent communications, and strong brand representation * Analyze and refine the social media strategy to consistently improve online engagement and enhance the reputation of Greenway.
