  • Help the field team by taking detailed notes for service calls and entering them into our system

  • Contribute to our company's culture by being upbeat and hard-working
  • Dispatch technicians to service and maintenance calls
  • General office duties
The Ideal Candidate Is Someone Who Has The following:
  • Two years of experience in dispatching, scheduling, customer service, or related functions
  • Service Titan experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Planning and scheduling skills
  • Accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
  • Analytical skills
  • Dependability
  • Courteous demeanor
  • Maintain a positive attitude at all times
  • Flexibility to work overtime
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment without distraction
  • High School or GED
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Always strives to exceed customer expectations
