OB/GYN Physician Position in Morristown, NJ

Overview Our affiliate, Lifeline Medical Associates, is looking for an Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to join their prestigious Women's Health Care Center in Morristown, NJ. Join a compassionate group who provide a team approach to patient care. Every member of our staff is focused on making the patient experience in our office individualized and meaningful. Experienced physicians and residents are encouraged to apply About the Practice: The practice team is made up of a total of 8 physicians, 7 of which are in the OB call pool. There are also 4 nurse practitioners and a great staff that provides the physicians with excellent support. The practice has locations in Morristown and in Succasunna. Deliveries and GYN surgeries are done at the Morristown Medical Center which has a Level 3 NICU, robotics for specialized GYN surgeries, and a residency program that supports the physician team. This is a great opportunity for a new resident physician to join a large practice and get great mentorship in their transition from residency to private practice. This is also a great position for an experienced physician to take their career to the next level with an established practice and physician team. Practice Highlights: * Join a team of 8 top notch physicians with 4 nurse practitioners along with a great support staff * Practice has a strong patient base that they have built up from over 40 years of excellent patient care to women in the Morristown area * 2 practice locations in Morristown and Succasunna * The practice supports Morristown Medical Center that has a Level 3 NICU, residency program, and the da Vinci robotic system * Great work/life balance * 4 day work weeks * Call schedule is 1 weekday per week and 1:8 weekend call (Post call day off) * Average of 15 deliveries per month per physician * Minimally invasive surgical procedures completed at an outpatient surgery center * Average daily patient census: 25-30 * Competitive salary * Benefits package * $30K sign on bonus and $30K retention bonus * Partnership opportunities after 4 years of tenure with the practice City/Location Highlights: * The Town of Morristown has recently been named in Livability's annual ranking of "Best Places to Live in the U.S. in 2022," ranking 30th out of 100 communities across the country.
