  • Search and find compelling people-related stories around our organization and craft engaging narratives for social media.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing and branding goals.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to ensure our channels remain relevant and effective.
  • Launch Texas Children's People TikTok.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on employer branding or recruitment marketing preferred.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Experience with social media management tools and analytics.
  • Proficiency in Canva for developing engaging social media posts.
  • Experience with Adobe preferred.
  • Knowledge of recruitment marketing is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
