If so, Jefferson Healthcare invites you to apply for our Medical Assistant Apprentice Program. Our MA Apprentices are partnered with an experienced coach who will be your mentor throughout the program, giving you hands on training to prepare you for the Medical Assistant exam. The program will begin with a mandatory virtual cohort kick-off event on January 24th, 2025, and then consist of 2000 hours of in clinic training as well as, on average 10 hours a week of online classwork that includes models and quizzes. We are seeking candidates who are eager to learn and dedicated to furthering their education while providing excellent patient care.
