AMSOIL has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Sales Director position to support the Industrial Solutions business. In this role you will lead a team to drive the sales strategy, account management, and business development for the East region of the United States. This requires travelling to customers (up 50% of the time) as well as working remotely from a home office. Core Responsibilities: Hire, coach, and develop a sales team to develop a continuous pipeline of new business and to maximize existing customer accounts. Direct sales team to exceed business metrics. Analyze opportunities for growth and provide business justification.
