We are looking for a dedicated Pharmacist like you to be a part of our team.Job Summary and QualificationsThe Pharmacist is responsible for all drug storage and drug preparation in the hospital. The Pharmacist assists in ensuring that the pharmacy provides optimal services, meets all legal, accreditation and certification requirements and complies with all applicable policies, procedures, codes and standards. The Pharmacist also assists the Director in Clinical, Financial, and Inventory initiatives. Understands that failure to follow established SOP’s for hazardous drugs could potentially lead to risk of adverse effects which may include but not limited to skin rashes, reproductive effects, chronic effects, and cancer.What qualifications you will need:Graduate of a School of PharmacyCurrent license with the Texas State Board of PharmacyFive years of hospital pharmacy experienceMedical City Weatherford is a 100+ bed acute-care hospital.
