We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Specialist that will bring a strong commitment to safety, proficiency in inventory management software along with warehouse duties including but not limited to loading, receiving, picking orders, maintaining storage capacity and collaboration with key stake holders, including customers as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Loading & unloading a variety of materials via forklift and/or overhead crane
  • Preparing and staging orders for scheduled shipments
  • Ensure compliance to all company safety procedures, ISO and OSHA standards
  • Maintain a clean and customer ready warehouse at all times
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and other key stakeholders regarding requests or information on warehouse capacity and schedule
  • Respond to customer inquiries as needed
  • Cross trained and fill in for tool room
    • Pull tools and package for field jobs. Record tools assigned
    • Receive tools back from field, of-load, and put back into inventory
    • Record returned tools, quantity, and condition
    • Inspect tools, clean, repair as required and return to inventory
    • Small tool repair as needed
    • Small truck deliveries to field projects as required
