Flex Technology Group is hiring an IT Systems Analyst in Mesa, Arizona (Hybrid). In this hybrid/remote work opportunity, you will work with some of the best in our business to ensure all existing application systems meet the needs of each company at Flex Technology Group. You will analyze new application systems, or new iterations of existing systems, to try and better meet the goals and needs of the organization.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  • Manage and monitor the eAutomate support ticket queue
  • Maintain and analyze existing application systems, with a focus on E-Automate support and administration.
  • Analysis, process design, and implementation of new application modules and processes
  • Provide technical guidance quickly and efficiently to ensure that all end users can continue their daily tasks
  • Conduct end-user training
  • Drive implementations through all project phases including discovery, definition, build, test, and deployment
  • Facilitate discovery and design meetings
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in an IT Analyst role with eAutomate support/admin experience
  • Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to perform complex joins, imports, and update queries within SQL
  • Advanced Excel skills (Index Matching, Charts and graphs, Macros, etc.)
  • Ability to convey technical concepts and procedures to people with a non-technical background
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, understanding their business and technical requirements
  • Experience with applications such as E-Automate, DCA tools, PowerBI, SSRS, and ticketing systems such as Zendesk is preferred

  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of SQL and understanding of system/process engineering concepts and ability to understand business functions and needs, processes, priorities, and emerging technology issues.
