• Manage and lead the team of associates in the finance department • Ensure complete customer satisfaction by providing superior customer service • Maintain and update all current finance policies and procedures to ensure they comply with local, state, and federal laws • Help customers with vehicle financing by certifying loan applications, verifying salary information, and processing loan documents • Work closely with other departments in order to coordinate sourcing and securing financing • Keep up to date on all sales and promotions to ensure maximum customer value • Prepare reports and documents for review by senior management • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance department

Requirements • 5+ years of experience in finance and auto sales • Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations pertaining to financial services • Proven customer service experience • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively • Critical thinking and problem solving abilities • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Experience with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and other finance software tools
