Attention to detail and proficiency in reading measurements are essential for success in this role. Requirements: •Proven experience as a CNC machine operator or similar role. •Proficiency in reading measurements and using measurement devices accurately. •Attention to detail and commitment to quality. •Ability to interpret technical drawings and follow instructions precisely. •Knowledge of CNC programming is a plus but not required. Responsibilities
- Load pieces into CNC machines and ensure proper setup.
- Follow instructions to adjust machine settings to change diameters of final products.
- Utilize machinery to drill holes and create divots in mechanical parts.
- Measure pieces using measurement devices and ensure they match specifications.
- Utilize tools to make changes to the outside or inside diameters of final products as needed.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines as required.
The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment wearing steel toe shoes manual lifting up to 50lbs
