Technical/Functional Skills
Subject-matter expertise across all IAM topics as it relates to both cloud and on-premises enterprise technology, and the relationship between the architectures.Experience in designing reference architectures for various domains within IAM such as Authentication, Authorization, Identity Management, Privileged access management, WAM etc.Develop effective architecture solutions that not only satisfy immediate project requirements but also deliver a coherent, reusable, reliable and phased architectureVery good understanding of SoD and Least privileged principlesProvide support to multiple implementation projects for design review and architectural guidance.Create IAM solution accelerators in lab and by contribution through various project teamsSkills development through internal product trainings and knowledge sharing sessionsTake up IAM Product specific consultingStrong experience (min 8 years) in Identity and Access Management domain.Delivered IAM architecture and consulting engagements.Strong experience in documenting consulting reports and presentationsShould have good high-level understanding of generic processes in the enterprise environment.Excellent communication and analytical skillsAbility to confidently present solution to stakeholders up to CSO levelExperience Required
