As a Sales Executive at City Wide Facility Solutions, you will be responsible for driving new business development and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will work with a dedicated team of professionals to identify and pursue potential clients, present our services, and close sales.
City Wide Facility Solutions is a leading company in the building maintenance industry, providing comprehensive solutions to businesses across the country. We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and our ability to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Prospect for new clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the value of our services
Negotiate and close sales contracts, meeting or exceeding sales targets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, with a focus on new business development
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong negotiation and closing abilities
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
City Wide offers a competitive salary, including commission and bonus for this position. As well as car allowance. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to include medical, PTO and 401K.
