Managing projects. You will work with clients and your project teams to develop scopes, fees, and schedules and negotiate them with clients. Initiating and maintaining client relationships. Providing oversight of project staff. You'll develop design alternatives, supervise design staff in preparation of PS&E, and ensure QA/QC process is followed. Completing project documents. You’ll be responsible for the initiation and completion of any required documentation to support assigned projects, writing draft and final reports, developing draft reports in concert with other project team members, and reviewing deliverables prepared by the team prior to executive-level review and submission to clients. Mentoring and coaching design staff in the development of projects. At the same time being mentored and coached by senior- and principal-level project managers.
