Customer Service Representative II (Sunday- Thursday: 2:00 PM- 10:30 PM) Job Category : Customer Service Requisition Number : CUSTO001815 Posted: March 12, 2024 Closed: March 21, 2024 Full-Time Locations Showing 1 location Description What Youll Do The Customer Service Representative II executes the transactional workload to process trucks through the Intermodal Gateway. In this role, you'll process transactions by leveraging a suite of REMPREX technologies (iGO) to improve driver experience and increase intermodal throughput. The interaction between you and the driver represents the first and primary level of service, reinforcing positive interactions that drive our continued business. This role is focused intently upon the driver experience utilizing proprietary systemic and operational monitoring systems. Responsibilities Provide exceptional service directly to drivers utilizing audio/video communication systems Verify vehicle damage and validate Optical Character Recognition (OCR) Perform driver identity verifications Ensure the security and data integrity of each transaction performed IT Call Center Support Receive inbound ticket requests and maintain a successful ratio of first call resolution Conduct follow-up on support tickets Provide IT Call Center email support Systemic & Operational Exception Notification Systems Video management solutions Vehicle tracking and alerting systems Receipt and response of client terminal software notifications Track attendance and manage staff breaks/meals Provide staff work assignments and manage work queues Provide communication to iGo TMs and floor staff What Youll Need Required: High school diploma / GED 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role or previous service work in the intermodal industry Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record Detail orientation with a strong ability to analyze and solve problems A high degree of flexibility and the willingness to work extended or adjusted hours as necessary Ability to adapt to rapidly changing customer requests and requirements, seasonal variances in workload and industry needs and requirements. Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision by using effective time management and multi-tasking skills. Strong interpersonal skills to support teamwork Ability to communicate effectively and with empathy Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and the ability to type 50 wpm with accuracy Who is REMPREX and Why Are We Hiring?
