Vacancy Name: Senior Manager, KOL Engagement & Peer-to-Peer Marketing Vacancy No: VN524 Employment Type: Full Time Location of Role: Gaithersburg, MD Department: Commercial Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the US Marketing Leader, develop and manage peer-to-peer digital and live programs, speaker bureau, steering committee, and advisory boards to support KIMMTRAK for metastatic uveal melanoma and potential future indications. Advance key opinion leaders (KOLs) strategy for KIMMTRAK, cultivating strong relationships with healthcare professionals. Lead development and implementation of peer-to-peer/speaker program educational content in collaboration with agency partners. Identify and train commercial speakers, manage speaker bureau, and ensure compliant execution of programs. Identify opportunities for enduring digital peer-to-peer content and negotiate impact guarantees with vendors. Develop and execute US advisory boards to inform key business questions and future brand promotional strategy. Work through the US promotional review process with regulatory, legal, medical, and agency partners. Gather feedback on tactics and response to key initiatives to enhance execution and identify new program opportunities. Ensure adherence to all legal, regulatory and compliance guidelines. Participate in relevant scientific congresses and regional conferences. Own brand budget and monitor performance for cost-effective implementation. Support ad hoc projects as needed. Education, Experience and Knowledge: 5+ years of commercial pharmaceutical or biotech experience required. US Oncology experience required; Immunotherapy and/or biologic experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree in biology, scientific area, or related business; MBA or related advanced degree preferred. Experience developing KOL relationships in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry required. Strong business acumen with a grasp of marketing strategy and brand positioning. Preferred experiences include customer engagement and marketing analytics. Work Location/Travel: This is a field-based marketing role reporting onsite at the Gaithersburg, MD office with a minimum of 2 weeks per month of travel.
