Education

Master/PhD in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience

Five (5) years as Process Engineer in the semiconductor industry, or equivalent. Relevant experience in CVD and Thin Films deposition is a required. Knowledge of EPI and Device integration is highly desired.

Higher job grade will be considered for more expereinced candidates.

General Job Description

This senior field process engineer (FPE) will be located in Hillsboro and will be the primary contact for Polygon customers and the ASMA field support team.

The position will be responsible for process-support on and off site to customers located Worldwide. The Field Process Engineer has the final responsibility for the process qualification of new systems. Excellent communication skills and a pro-active attitude are required to build and maintain a good customer relationship as well as interfacing with the factory team in Phoenix.

Frequent travelling in this position and extended stay at different customer sites will be required.
