This position will be responsible for managing and enhancing the Lee Kum Kee brand through effective brand management, public relations, and branding initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully developing and implementing brand strategies that drive business growth across retail and foodservice market segments. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and execute brand strategies that align with business goals and drive brand awareness (TOMA), loyalty (Household Penetration) and brand equities registration (Brand Health Tracking). Manage all aspects of brand marketing, including consumer aspiration understanding, brand story and creative adaptation and development, and brand ambassadors / endorsers / collaboration strategy. Develop and implement public relations strategies to increase brand visibility and credibility. Oversee the development of branding initiatives, including advertising, promotions, and events. Monitor and analyze brand performance and adjust strategies as needed to improve brand equity and drive business growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Global Marketing and Corporate Affairs, to ensure effective execution of branding initiatives. Manage branding budgets and ensure timely and effective use of resources. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in brand management and public relations. Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, public relations, or branding for consumer packaged goods, preferably in the food industry or at a Fortune 500 CPG (consumer packaged goods) companies or reputable CPG advertising agencies; plus 2+ years related experience in a managerial role. Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing brand strategies that drive business growth. Strong understanding of brand management principles and best practices. Experience working in multinational corporations while utilizing change management skill in a dynamic, fast-paced, innovative environment. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business goals into effective marketing strategies and analyze data to make data-driven decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong strategic and analytical thinking with solid “CAN-DO” attitude. Pursue innovation and change with a mindset of continuous improvement. Excellent leadership skills to drive non-reporting teams to work toward the common goal. Exceptional ability to develop and cultivate strategic relationships. Strong presentation, organization, and time management skills. Ability to organize, set priority, manage and measure work.
