In this critical role, you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources team along with hiring managers to attract and identify potential candidates that can help us continue to grow and succeed. Key Job Responsibilities: Generate candidate leads using appropriate and relevant job boards, platforms, social media, and other channels. Build candidate pipelines proactively for hard to fill or high turn roles Use recruiting technology platforms and tools effectively to ensure connection with the right audience. Manage assigned searches including sourcing, interviewing, hiring manager communication, and candidate selection. Drive initial candidate outreach activities and promote employer brand Coordinate internal-organizational interview activities for candidates Manage the employee referral program Maintain sourcing metrics and reporting Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 2+ years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience preferred specifically in Engineering, IT, technical and manufacturing organizations. Demonstrated successful talent sourcing strategies as well as a familiarity with a wide variety of sourcing avenues, platforms, and tools specifically for engineering and IT roles Proven ability to engage and build rapport with potential candidates Good organizational, time-management, interpersonal and communication skills Good working knowledge of various candidate sourcing techniques; applicant screening methods and tracking systems A good understanding of employment laws and regulations Comfortable making decisions collaboratively while managing priorities independently Able to effectively analyze sourcing data and make recommendations Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with a strong emphasis on MS Teams At Array Tech, Inc, we strive to lead with our culture, and believe that our people are a key enabler of our future state.
