Client Service Specialist
who enhances the government client experience. This position will collaborate with our Financial Solutions accountants to ensure our government clients receive a top notch experience in the following three areas:

Key responsibilities include:
Client Growth
Ensure accountability for client prospects, leads, and referrals
Interact with potential clients to understand their needs and values
Effectively communicate how our firm can meet the identified client needs
Ensure a commitment to a successful onboarding process for new clients
Client Service
Schedule and facilitate client kickoff and delivery meetings
Ensure adherence to committed timelines
Provide regular and transparent communication to clients
Client Success
Schedule and facilitate after-action reviews to gather feedback and insights
Develop and implement client service plans to enhance overall satisfaction
Monitor client satisfaction and express client appreciation
Ideal Client Service Specialist candidate has:
Associate’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
1+ years’ office experience in a local government environment
Client service experience in a professional services environment preferred
Project management experience preferred
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to listen and understand understand the need, critically think through problems/feedback, and recommend improvements to achieve client success
High comfort level with technology and computer programs, including: Microsoft Office, Power Point & Adobe PDF
