Nightwing is looking for a responsible program analyst professional to perform a variety of research projects and assist in creation of program deliverables, in a dynamic office. Duties include providing support for special projects in collection, organization and presentation of program performance metrics. The Administrative professional is responsible for handling project documentation and correspondence in support of one or more managers, finance team and contracts.
Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI with POLY
Responsibilities:
Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, reports, presentations and other correspondence.
Communicate program reporting requirements to team members and ensure data collection and data integrity.
Create project briefings for Program Manager and Customer review.
Document program performance / project data in regular contract deliverables.
Consistent communication with program team and partners.
Requirements:
6-8 years of experience providing program data analytics / project systems integration (SI) support.
Understanding of and experience creating program management processes, tools and deliverables products to include Work Breakdown Structures, project scheduling, Program Management Reviews, and periodic project status reports.
Strong organizational and presentation skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
MS Project experience desired.
Organized and proficient with information quality control.
Good verbal and electronic Communication Skills.
Comfort multitasking and handling multiple requests from different individuals and departments
Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and independently in a dynamic office environment.
Requires theoretical knowledge typically obtained through University Degree.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
