Spinwell is recruiting for a People System Project Consultant for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE People System Project Consultant

This role will play an essential part of our HR transformation journey by maximising the use of our existing HR and Payroll system;

The People Systems Project Officer will review the existing configuration against key objectives for system functionality.

Where new information or processes are required, the PSPC will design and deliver best practice solutions to ensure rectification and ongoing integrity of our data and system.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED OF THE People System Project Consultant

Qualifications:

* minimum 5 GCSEs A-C

* A relevant Payroll (CIPP) or HR (CIPD) qualification is desirable

Knowledge:

* Knowledge of LGPS and Teachers Pension scheme administration and reporting desirable

* Demonstrable knowledge of day-to-day Payroll processing is critical

* Advance Excel skills are essential

Experience:

* Significant experience of working within HRIS is essential

* Experience of HRIS configuration and planning would be a distinct advantage

* Experience within local Government would be advantageous

Skills:

* Must be an excellent written and oral communicator, happy to present data and options to a wide range of stakeholders, including senior managers.

* The ability to problem solve, critique and 'think outside the box'

* Organised and effective at planning tasks and reporting on progress
