We are seeking a qualified Nurse Aide to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a high school graduate or equivalent, successfully completed a nurse aide training program approved by the ISDH, and received a certification of completion. They will also possess knowledge of facility policies and procedures, state and federal regulations, and the ability to handle confidential information with professional discretion. Responsibilities include preparing and administering medications as ordered by the physician, ensuring accurate and timely administration, and following written procedures for ordering, administration, storage, and control of medications and supplies. The Nurse Aide will also provide effective communication in giving and receiving report, administer and document direct resident care, medications, and treatments, and promptly report changes in residents' conditions to the Charge Nurse and Director of Nursing. Shifts include 8 hour and 12 hour shifts, evening shift, night shift, and every other weekend, every other holiday.
