Technical Business Analyst Integration & Salesforce
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst for an insurance client in Chicagos Northern suburbs. Ideally, candidates will follow a hybrid work schedule (on-site 3x days/week). The contract is through the end of the 2024 year and the role would be split between two projects. One is a Salesforce project to update and write requirements to... handoff to their Salesforce admin. The other is an insurance rating proposal system with their enrollment system using the PEGA platform. The BA will need strong background with integration and data mapping to support API-based integrations. Experience creating requirements and mappings to support development of Salesforce or another SaaS CRM product would be ideal. Both projects integrate via Azure and the BA needs to be familiar with Azure DevOps (ADO) for tracking. This is an Agile environment, so strong user story experience is essential.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Insurance experience with data.
Technical understanding relative to interface/integration technology
Experience gathering requirements for use case design, process flows and work flow diagrams
Experience mapping business requirements to functional design specifications
