Position Description The full-time, non-exempt Clinical Receptionist reports to the Practice Manager or Lead Medical Assistant. The Clinical Receptionist plays a crucial role in the high-performing healthcare team at Honor Community Health, serving as the primary point of contact for patients during their visits. Works collaboratively to create and maintain a culture of excellence and dedication to providing compassionate and high-quality health care to all. This position is for our Dental office located in Pontiac, MI. Our standard hours are Monday- Friday, 8:30am-5pm. What are we looking for? High School Diploma or equivalent is required. 6 +months in a customer service or clinical receptionist position is required. Strong computer skills and experience using Electronic Medical Records (NextGen preferred) and knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet.
