Tasks
As the Supervisor AOG Desk, you will perform the following duties:

  • Lead & develop LTCS AOG-Desk including, but are not limited to, process management, training and development of team members, deputy functionalities, assisting in hiring and performance evaluations, hosting team meetings; Responsibilities also include scheduling, time & attendance, time cards
  • Ensure oversight, processing, coordination and documentation of material requests and logistic steering for the assigned accounts incl. correct cost booking
  • Manage, develop & report performance indicators and implement workload/manpower management using KPI
  • Ensure oversight of workload including onsite support with customers and introduction of new customers to be serviced by LTCS AOG-Desk
* All other duties as assigned or required

Requirements
The ideal Supervisor AOG Desk must fulfill the following requirements:
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • At least 3 years of previous experience in Aviation, and / or Customer Service required
  • Fluency in English language required
  • German and Spanish language is a strong plus
  • Knowledge in Aviation i.e. Purchasing, MRO, Airline Tech ops, Material Planner, Material Buyer, Maintenance Planner, Sales @ OEM, MEL, IPC, ATA, CMM familiarity, A/C Maintenance
  • MS Office and SAP skills as expert
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Must be extremely customer friendly, cooperative & professional
  • Ability to prioritize work flows and delegate effectively
  • Responsible of 7- 10 employees
  • Responsible of costs: >$750K
  • Willingness to travel
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • Must possess permit to work in the U.S.
