Position Summary: Blue Health Intelligence (BHI) is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join its team. In this role, you will help us position and market new and existing software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions to healthcare payers. You will work across the marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure the successful execution of our go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate for this role is an expert written and verbal communicator who can quickly build product and subject matter expertise and is willing to drive the tactical execution of product marketing activities. Key Responsibilities: Searhead go-to-market strategies: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for BHI's healthcare payer solutions, fostering market differentiation and brand awareness. Craft compelling content: Create original thought leadership content, marketing materials, and sales enablement tools that drive customer engagement and enhance brand recognition. Foster cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with our product management, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product launches, effective sales support, and successful marketing campaigns. Uncover data-driven insights: Analyze complex data and translate it into actionable insights, utilizing your expertise in data and analytics to inform product positioning, messaging, and market strategies. Gather competitive market intelligence: Conduct thorough market and competitive research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats in the healthcare payer industry. Ensure product roadmap alignment: Collaborate with the product management team to develop and execute a product roadmap(s) that aligns with customer needs, market trends, and BHI's strategic goals. Cultivate strong relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry influencers to expand BHI's reach and cultivate a strong market presence. Qualifications: Has 7+ years of progressive outbound product marketing experience in the healthcare payer industry or SaaS. Is experienced using Microsoft Office applications, SEMRush, Google Ads, Google Data Studio, Google Analytics, Adobe Suite, WordPress, HubSpot, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Has a demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and analytics and create messaging for the external market. Possesses exceptional written and verbal communication skills and has a proven track record of developing engaging, persuasive, and informative insight-based content in various formats. Can thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Has the proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders across the organization. Willingness to share portfolio and examples of creating marketing content, including sales presentations and use cases.
