PSI Pax, Inc has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Business Analyst / Junior Module Support to support NEBO located in Indian Head, MD.Duties & Responsibilities:Under general supervision, support the NAVSEA Navy ERP business office in supporting operations in order for the system to meet the ongoing Navy business operations requirements. Specific tasks include:Performs routine tasks related to help desk support.Coordinate with functional subject matter experts to resolve end user issues.Supports master data management.Assists in generating reporting and analyzing dataSupports system testing for release management.Supports production operations including monitoring interfaces and resolving interfacing data issues.Supports documentation development of releases, upgrades, planned maintenance, schedules, standard operating procedures, and business process efforts.Prepare documentation required for customer.Qualifications:Two (2) years of general business experience. Secret Clearance. Candidate selected will be subject to a Government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. A FINAL Secret adjudicated clearance is required to start.Familiarity with help desk systems such as the National Help Desk Service Manager (NHDSM) or similar is desirable. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Must work well independently; have the ability to interface with customers in senior/executive level positions. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and must provide customer service both internally and externally.
