Summary:
We are Seeking a Project and Program Management - Communications Specialist to support corporate communications initiatives, aiding in message development, writing, and editing. The role extends the Chief of Staff, assisting in program management, communications, and provide ROB program and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely, creative, and accurate dissemination of news, multimedia content, and information.
- Create diverse content for various platforms, ensuring quality, accuracy, and effective storytelling aligned with corporate messaging. Drive cross-organizational projects and initiatives, facilitating smooth business and technology development.
- Manage the rhythm of business (ROB), including business reviews, technical reviews, annual planning, and leadership meetings. Implement projects to enhance team efficiency and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of business operation activities. Develop impactful communications for executive, manager-level, and organization-wide audiences.
- Manage organizational assets such as decks, policies, procedures, and digital platforms. Lead strategic initiatives and change management projects.
- Drive employee engagement efforts, including recognition programs and feedback surveys. Plan and organize content for company-wide meetings and events.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: 8-10 years
- Experience with tools (SharePoint, Viva Engage, v-teams)
- Communication Skills: Excellent written, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Project Management: Strong experience with end-to-end project management
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
