  • Be the master of your content calendar, scheduling posts to perfection
  • Stay ahead of the curve on social media trends, adapting your strategies like a pro
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and report on key findings to guide future actions
  • Foster a thriving community by responding to comments and messages promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with other departments (marketing, sales, design) to ensure brand consistency across all channels

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in social media management
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging content for various audiences and platforms
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret social media data
  • Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark)
  • Knowledge of social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads)
  • Experience working with influencers
