The Opportunity: We are looking for motivated and professional Installers/Crew Members to join our construction crews. We provide our employees with quality tools, materials, and training to guarantee your success. We're a member of the most recognized and successful home contracting network in the country, Contractor Nation, which provides an abundance of additional resources. All you need to do is bring a positive and winning attitude and a willingness to learn our process. Compensation is a combination of hourly pay plus performance pay based on the amount of work installed each week - the more high-quality work the crew installs each week, the more opportunity there is to earn Installers working on high performance crews make $50,000 annually. In addition, there will be opportunities for advancement to co-foreman and foreman positions in the near future as we continue to expand.
