AtWork Personnel has an immediate direct hire opening in Tulsa for an experienced Executive Director to lead an organization and drive strategic initiatives for growth and success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, operations management, and senior leadership.
Salary - $60-70k/year based on experience and location

Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the organization's operations and resources
- Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the company's mission and objectives
- Oversee budgeting, financial management, and reporting
- Lead and mentor a team of senior managers and staff
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with external partners
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards
