SUMMARY Responsible for coordinating marketing, advertising and promotions. Takes steps to measure, enhance, and enrich the position and image of Churchill in the marketplace. The primary focus of this position needs to be directly related to marketing not production artwork. The employee will also follow all SQF (Safe Quality Food) rules and procedures pertaining to this job as outlined in the training program.

SCHEDULE Initial Part Time 90 Day Contract to Convert to Full Time ~ 20 hours a week Monday-Thursday Flexible Hours Flexible Timing Paid

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Manage online databases of targets and customers. · Plan marketing and branding objectives and develop strategies alongside other company staff. · Develop direct marketing materials and coordinate campaigns to increase overall market visibility in each segment served by Churchill. · Engage customers/prospects on social media. · Prepare and send sample product for prospective buyers and sales personnel. · Prepare sales presentations. · Support sales in customer meetings. · Ensure brand messages are consistent. · Work with the Graphics Department to format, and update company forms and brochures. · Maintaining your work area in a cleaned and organized fashion at all times. · Report any inefficient or unsafe conditions to management upon discovery of the conditions. · Occasionally assist other classifications in areas of the plant and warehouse as needed. · Ensure that internal and external project schedules and product launches are being met.
