Pay:

$17.50 - $24.50 per hour

Job:

Full time

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and efficiently.
  • Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order status inquiries.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update contact information as necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer complaints or escalations.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in the use of computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
