HR Manager

In this position, you'll...
  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with local laws and company norms.
  • Participate in site management activities, including decision-making and communication.
  • Implement key HR policies and processes like Performance Management, Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Engagement, and Compensation.
  • Assist the business with workforce planning and talent management.
  • Ensure adherence to global, national, and local HR policies and laws with the HR Services team.
  • Oversee employee life-cycle activities on site with the HR Services team.
  • Guide and coach managers on leadership, employee relations, and employment topics.
  • Act as a change agent and support managers in driving change.
  • Create and implement strategies to cultivate a high-performance culture.
  • Establish and track HR-related KPIs on site.
  • Collaborate with other members of the Mebane site management team
Job Requirements

An ideal candidate will have:
  • A degree in a related field, such as Human Resources or Management)
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in HR in an international business environmentpreferably including experience working at a production site.
  • Knowledge of US federal laws and regulations is important to succeed in the role.
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong skills in communication, influencing, and networking.
  • A proactive, business-oriented work style with a hands-on approach.
  • High integrity and understanding of the demands of HR in a global corporation.
  • Solid abilities in analysis, reporting, and problem-solving.
  • Ability to handle tight deadlines and shifting priorities in an international setting.
  • Willingness to travel both nationally and internationally as needed
