Responsibilities:
  • Licensing & Titling Management:
    Oversee the timely processing of registrations, and titles for vehicles, while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Documentation:
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including license renewals, and title transfers. Ensure all records are properly filed and easily accessible.
  • Vendor/Agency Coordination:
    Liaise with government agencies, licensing authorities to handle vehicle registrations, titling, and other requirements.
  • Data Entry & Management:
    Accurately input and maintain data related to licensing and titling into internal systems and databases. Perform routine audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Problem Resolution:
    Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to licensing delays, title discrepancies, or documentation errors. Ensure timely resolution while maintaining professional communication with all parties involved.
  • Administrative Support:
    Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, filing and scanning, and assisting with office tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Licensing and Titling is preferred but not required.
  • Dealership experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
  • Team-oriented attitude
  • Organizational, communication and computer skills
