Job Description As a member of our Inside Sales Team, you'll communicate via phone and email with prospects and customers who need help finding the right images or the best material for their application, or who have other questions about our products and services. Most leads are generated from our marketing, but our team is encouraged to seek out new customers through prospecting and referrals as well. Responsibilities: Handle incoming phone calls and emails about Murals Your Way products, services and orders Make outbound calls to existing customers and prospects Produce written quotes for prospects Follow up and coordinate order processing through all phases of the production process Manage and coordinate communication between the client and the graphics and production departments Maintain an up-to-date client database by recording key activities, transactions, and communications with clients Pursue opportunities for upsell, renewal or new business, whenever possible
