About the role:

The Director, Practice Management oversees and directs professional consulting practice activities of a subset of a functional and/or geographical area. Responsible for working with financial institutions to assess needs and develop solutions through individual contribution and/or leading subordinates to ensure the achievement of client satisfaction and contribution to divisional revenue and EBITDA goals. Interactions frequently involve special skills, such as ability to influence senior management regarding matters of significance to the organization. Typically requires more than ten years of experience in banking or financial services.

This role will be located at our corporate headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio.

What you will be doing:

•Leads large scale, fast paced change engagements, required to get up to speed on complex change immediately.

•Manages and maintains effective relationships across large projects

•Delivers successful change against defined benefits

•Manages project budgets and resource assignments ensuring budget allocation is adhered to•Motivates project team members as to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard, within an efficient manner
