About the Role

As a Patient Navigator, you'll be instrumental in supporting our fast-growing Customer Experience team. You'll identify patient needs, respond to customer inquiries, and collaborate with internal departments to optimize customer services and brand awareness. You'll be a key contributor as we continue building out the systems and processes that drive Good Pill to the next level
In this role, you will be responsible for...
  • Play a key role in shaping the customer experience by quickly resolving patient account issues.
  • Handle a high volume of calls, emails, and texts while providing excellent service.
  • Assist patients with questions, guiding them through our website/app and account processes.
  • Collaborate with the data team to improve systems for better data collection.
  • Become an expert on Good Pill and our services to support patient needs effectively.

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in customer success / customer support. Extra points if you have prescription drug knowledge and have worked in a pharmacy.

  • You're committed and consistent. This is a full-time position of 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 9:30am-6pm. You must be committed to excellent performance and consistent in showing up on-time, all the time.

  • Physical requirements: Able to frequently stand, walk, twist, bend, stoop, squat and use light/fine grasping. Able to frequently sit and stand, reach above shoulders, perform desk based computer tasks, write by hand, lift, carry, push, stack, and pull objects that weigh up to 40 pounds.
