Job Overview

The Strategic Account Manager (SAM) will be responsible for the expansion of new key accounts and territories by leveraging our comprehensive hauling solutions for the enclosed (cargo) trailer market. The primary responsibility for this role will be to build and help RC Trailers acquired new relationships / accounts.

This SAM should be well familiar with enclosed / cargo market (including RC Trailer products as well as competitor offerings), concepts, practices and procedures. Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected from this role. Understand what motivates Dealers and Retail Customers to buy and know how to mine those needs and desires in an effective way.

Job Responsibilities

  • directly with assigned strategic accounts / territories to ensure growth of RC Trailers positioning within these strategic accounts.

Education Experience Required

  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably within the enclosed / cargo trailer market

  • Ability to travel 80% with frequent overnight stays.
