Administrative Assistant
This professional must demonstrate exceptional detail-oriented skills in an environment with diverse responsibilities. This position's purpose is to assist our sales associates, marketing associates, and/or management with administrative support to the departments.
This position requires exceptional time management skills with a sales and marketing focus. This professional must be self-motivated, project-driven, a team player, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. A Business Administration degree preferred with previous office work experience. Strong experience in a role supporting Executive level management is preferred.
Essential Functions involve accessing, updating, and creating:
- SalesForce & Reporting
- Travel Arrangements
- Telephone & Mail Support
- Vendor Communication
- Maintain Calendar and Meeting Scheduling
- Marketing and Sales Support
Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong experience in a role supporting Executive level management is preferred.
