Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with an interest in talent acquisition? We have an exciting opportunity for you to make real-world impact as our Talent Acquisition Coordinator. This position provides a unique chance to handle full life cycle recruitment for entry level roles as needed, assist with crucial aspects of the recruiting process, and engage with the recruiting team.

Responsibilities

Responsible for managing portions of the recruiting and administrative process on behalf of recruiters within the Applicant Tracking System

Arranging candidate travel and candidate expense management as required through Navan and Expensify

Keeps job postings accurate and up to date through job post audits and assistance with posting job requirements externally.

Prepare conference rooms for in person interviews and meet candidates for onsite interviews.

Give candidate tours and debrief candidates at the end of interview days as needed.

Assist with scheduling events, managing vendor orders and various logistics for business activities.

Coordinate and schedule post-interview consensus meetings as requested.

Ensure all recruiting equipment (laptops, Ipads, banners, giveaways, etc) used for onsite interviews, recruiting events, etc is accounted for and in inventory.

Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to identify errors, maintain accuracy, and enhance the quality of work.

Commitment to handling all tasks with professional integrity and sensitivity.

Manage full life cycle recruitment on entry level roles, apprentice, Intern and UR Program positions as needed.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Basic understanding of Microsoft office (Including but not limited to Excel)

Ability to convey complex information clearly, effectively and professionally through both written and verbal communication.

Basic understanding of recruiting compliance

Ability to be at Alarm.com HQ up to 5 days per week.
