You will be directly responsible for collecting doctors clinical preferences and treatment planning requirements then converting those preferences into clinical treatment planning protocol.

You will own the set-up and the drive for regional implementation of customized treatment protocols for doctors. This role is a field-based, individual contributor clinical position with responsibly for leading treatment protocol automation within the Americas Region. In this role, you will… Review and mine doctor’s clinical preferences and transmit them into the Invisalign Protocol Language with clinical and technical accuracy Develop treatment planning protocol via software coding and closely communicate with doctors, then m

onitor preferences for regular updates Provide clinical education and support to customers about Align’s protocols, prior to doctor enrollment or when generating new planning protocol Establish and maintain strong working relationships and credibility with product management, clinical, development teams, and operations for implementation of the treatment planning protocols per doctor Provide feedback into the strategy for future automation of the Invisalign Protocol Language Gather and share best practices to design a system to gather doctor input for individual protocols In this role, you’ll need … The ideal candidate possesses strong interpersonal, listening and persuasive communication skillset, especially when working over the phone. You naturally strive for the best performance and have the willingness to learn. Additionally, you are a good team player, dynamic, optimistic, accurate, result oriented, hardworking and creative. ·

Clinical degree (DDS, RDH or equivalent) or 3-5 years of equivalent work experience within the orthodontic/dental industry with clear aligners and digital treatment planning ·

Comfort with having clinical discussions with Orthodontists and Dentists ·

Ability to learn technical language including software coding or development ·

Strong technical skills (education, clinical background) ·

Strong computer skills, including ability to multitask in various programs simultaneously ·

Strong communication skills especially over the phone ·

Advanced English language proficiency – Bilingual in English/French or English/Portuguese is a plus ·

Ability to work cross-functionally and across region ·

Base salary ranges are a guideline used to determine appropriate pay. Placement depends on the individual skills and experience level of a candidate plus the total compensation and equity across team members. For other locations outside of the primary location, the base salary range will be adjusted geographically. For field Sales roles, the salary listed is the base pay only and does not include the applicable commission plan.
