Your Mission

REALIZE YOUR TALENT

The HR Coordinator is responsible for processing biweekly payroll end-to-end and maintaining payroll data; assisting employees with pay and benefit questions, managing LOA's, administering benefits, and maintaining employee records. This position will also work with other HR staff on projects as assigned.
  • Maintains all HR files
  • Processes payroll accurately, including tracking vacation and sick time, and managing employee time and absences.
  • Compiles regular reports and spreadsheets for finance, HR corporate, and HR KPIs.
  • Orients new employees to the organization.
  • Provides general HR support to employees
  • Identifies staff training and development needs
  • Serves as site contact and primary contributor for Radiall&Co.
The Profile

KNOW THE REQUIREMENTS
  • To comply with export control laws, must be a US Citizen or Permanent Legal Resident
  • Associate's degree or higher
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • 3+ years of payroll processing (ADP experience a plus)
  • Ability to work on-site five days per week, no remote or hybrid available
