Key Responsibilities:

? Review and verify mortgage loan applications for accuracy and completeness.

? Collect and organize necessary documentation from borrowers, including income verification, credit reports, and other financial information.

? Work closely with loan officers and underwriters to ensure compliance with lending policies and guidelines.

? Communicate with clients to clarify requirements, address inquiries, and provide updates throughout the loan process.

? Submit complete and accurate loan packages to underwriters for approval.

? Monitor loan files to ensure timely progress toward closing deadlines.

? Identify and resolve issues or discrepancies that may arise during the loan process.

? Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and company policies and regulations

Qualifications

? Previous experience with mortgage loan processing

? Knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, and USDA loans
